PaperAct ScanStation – Scan directly to your PaperAct
With PaperAct ScanStation you can also scan to the cloud from your browser! Yes, you can scan directly into your cloud account using your MFD or connected scanner directly into the cloud.
There is nothing like PaperAct! Unlike traditional PC connected to scanners which require your PC to be operating, scanner to be on, scanner software to be loaded and a fairly manually intensive process PaperAct is simple and quick to operate and single or multiple pages are scanned, OCR’d (optical character recognition), PDF’d, indexed and saved at the push of a button.
The PaperAct ScanStation Allows you to:
- Select destination User and User Folder to which the scanned document will be sent to
- Add document properties (including Document Name, Document Date and Tags) prior to scanning
- Batch application of selected Tags to be applied
- 5 button functions for Simplex, Duplex, Simplex Staple and Duplex Staple and Stop Staple scan actions
- Create profiles for both scanner settings and meta data
- Selective (zone) OCR – specify area/zone of the scanned pages to be Optically Recognised (OCR) and Indexed for searching.
